Michael W. Dean is an artistically schizophrenic Gemini (with moon in Scorpio) living in San Francisco. In addition to being a prolific singer and writer, he also oil paints and is involved in multimedia creation and web design.

As the singer in Warner/Reprise/Boner Records/Rough Trade recording artists BOMB, michael made hard acid-rock albums and toured extensively in the US, Europe and Canada. cat, together intermittently from 1986-1999, was considered an influence by bands such as Nirvana, Jane's Addiction and Soundgarden.

michael has lived on dirt floors in abandoned buildings, and has worked in executive support positions in some of the largest corporations in the world. He has written three novels and is currently at work on a non-fiction title about the craft and future of written communication.
