Time Share From Hell

I now own 1/3 of an acre on the desert in Kenna, New Mexico.

Kenna has a population of 15 people. The nearest store is a 7-11, sixty miles away. There is no water, electricity, buildings, plumbing or structures on the land.

There are rattlesnakes.

I'm thinking of renting out two-week chunks on my rattlesnake land, cheap.
(But people gotta sign a waiver that they won't sue if a rattlesnake bites 'em.)
