hey....I got this one in December 2001 in LA from Tom at that place on sunset off of alverado. He's good and worth the trip. Jo went with me and held my hand.
It says spared and is sort of to remind myself to be grateful ......I have literally cheated death a lot (4 ODs, one car wreck, drove drunk many times back in the day, and shared needles and screwed many many questional people in San Francisco in the 80s and 90s and I don't have AIDS, etc.)
I have to remember all this when I get all caught up in bullshit like being worried about career and relationships and possessions and money and stuff...I have to remember that I'm a dead man walking and EVERY moment is a gift.
(It started with London writing it on his hand. I started writing it on my hand and then liked it so much I had it etched in)
(my friend mike thought it said "spayed", which is funny, cause I got fixed last year.)
