I mainly use e-mail for work these days. My priorities have changed. I like to step away from the computer now. Even so, I'm on over 12 hours a day and get 100 actionable e-mails in addition to the 200 spam. Do not forward me crap. Do not cc. Only bcc if you must send me stuff you send to other people.
