The good people of Houston will witness a pair of benefit shows! Both shows will
feature a film called DIY or Die, which is an underground film about the state
of the independent arts in the United States. It's by a guy from L.A. named Michael
Dean and it features interviews with lots of famous DIY-ers, including Ian MacKaye
of Fugazi, J. Mascis of Dinosaur Jr., Dave Brockie of Gwar, Lydia Lunch, Mike
Watt, Ron Asheton of the Stooges, Bonfire Madigan, photographer Richard Kern,
